ARE18 - Accounting & Regulatory Engine

Tokyo Byokane Philippines Corporation uses Odoo 18 Community Edition as its Computerized Accounting System (CAS). The system is enhanced with the custom ARE18 (Accounting & Regulatory Engine) module developed by RedTech IT Solutions, which extends the base Odoo accounting capabilities with Philippine BIR compliance features, multi-currency support (USD/PHP), interactive JavaScript-based accounting reports, and role-based access controls.

The system is a web-based application accessible via standard web browsers, providing real-time accounting data processing, automated journal entries, and comprehensive financial reporting capabilities required under Revenue Regulations No. 11-2014 and other applicable BIR issuances.
