How Roles Affect the Menu

Each role determines which menu items are visible. For example:

  • A Collection user will see the Customers menu but not the Vendors menu
  • A Bookkeeper will see the Accounting menu but may not see Configuration
  • A Super User sees all menus

:::tip Multiple Roles A user can have multiple roles. For example, a small-team accountant might have both "Customer Invoicing" and "Vendor Bills" roles to handle both sides. :::
