How Roles Affect the Menu
Each role determines which menu items are visible. For example:
- A Collection user will see the Customers menu but not the Vendors menu
- A Bookkeeper will see the Accounting menu but may not see Configuration
- A Super User sees all menus
:::tip Multiple Roles A user can have multiple roles. For example, a small-team accountant might have both "Customer Invoicing" and "Vendor Bills" roles to handle both sides. :::
